Nationally Ranked on NMHC’s 2025 Top 50 Managers List

Apr. 01, 2025 – GREENSBORO, NC – Bell Partners (the “Company”) has again been included in the annual National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC) Top 50 Managers List, based on portfolio holdings (either owned, managed or syndicated) as of January 1, 2025. This year represents the 36th edition of the NMHC’s annual rankings for the top U.S. apartment owners, managers, developers, builders and syndicators, and marks another rise for Bell Partners in the Top 50 Managers rankings. Collectively, the NMHC 50 managers oversee 21% of the nation’s apartments.
