J Turner Research: Bell Partners Ranks 6th in 2025 ORA Division 1 Power Rankings

Bell Partners increases its Division 1 ORA Power Ranking by 1 position year over year

Jun. 12, 2025 – Bell Partners is proud to be ranked #6 in this year’s J Turner Research Division I ORA Power Ranking – the top 10 of the 2025 National Multifamily Housing Council’s 50 Largest Apartments Managers ranked by their Online Reputation Assessment (ORA) scores. The ORA™ statistical model aggregates and analyzes online ratings and reviews for any community that receives them across more than 21+ review sites and ILSs, resulting in a single score on a 0-100 scale. Community ORA Power Rankings are published in February, and Company-based ORA Power Rankings are published in May. Bell Partners has been included in the top 10 Company-based ORA Power Rankings since 2022. Earlier this year in February, 18 communities managed by Bell Partners were included in the J Turner Research Elite 1% ranking.
