Bell Partners Earns Gold for Leadership Excellence from Brandon Hall Group
We are proud to announce that our Learning & Development team has been awarded the Gold Award for Leadership Development by Brandon Hall Group™, a professional development company offering data, research, insights and certification to Learning and Talent executives and organizations. The award recognizes Bell Partners’ Leadership Excellence Program, a comprehensive, three-year initiative which includes a consistent onboarding experience for all associates, a company-wide mentoring program for managers, and our Management Foundations and Leadership Excellence programs. The award was presented as part of Brandon Hall Group’s Human Capital Management (HCM) Excellence Awards® given to organizations that demonstrate a measurable impact from their HCM programs.
