Greensboro, NC— Bell Partners Inc., one of the nation’s leading apartment investment and management companies, announced today a series of corporate organizational initiatives, reflecting the provisions of the 2013 Bell Partners Strategic Plan. The Strategic Plan, which will guide the Company for the next three to five years, is designed to take Bell into the next phase of its evolution, as it continues to build an increasingly scalable and profitable Company.

Jon Bell, President, said: “In the 2013 Strategic Plan, we focus on the broad corporate direction for our Company. The Plan addresses issues such as core competencies, industry roles, geographic growth, profitability, and capital and organizational strategies.
