Bell Partners Wins Prestigious International Award For Its Maintenance Training Program
At its recent 2024 International Conference & Exposition in New Orleans, the Association for Talent Development (ATD) honored Bell Partners’ Certified Bell Maintenance Technician program with its Excellence in Practice Award in the Learning Technology category.

Twenty-nine practices from twenty-six companies were recognized with a 2024 Excellence in Practice Award. The awards honor companies for results achieved using practices and solutions from across the scope of talent development. Awards are presented to practices that have demonstrated clear and measurable results of achieving organizational goals, meet a demonstrated need, have appropriate design values, and are clearly aligned with other performance improvement initiatives. These practices have long-term, sustained results.
Practice categories include career development, change management, coaching and mentoring, customer service training, diversity and inclusion, integrated talent management, leadership/management development, learning and development, learning technologies, managing the learning function, onboarding, performance consulting/performance improvement, and sales enablement.
