Bell Partners x Move for Hunger: Fight Against Food Insecurity

Bell Partners nationwide communities donate over 10,000 meals to families in 2022

Bell Partners is proud to share its continued partnership with Move for Hunger, a national hunger relief non-profit organization. Through this partnership, Bell Partners is committed to reducing food waste and fighting food insecurity by working with residents in its communities to donate unopened, non-perishable food items when they move out. These food items are then transported to a local food bank or pantry.

As a part of Move for Hunger, Bell Partners’ Spread the Love Food Drives provided over 9,000 meals in 2022 and 1,800 meals so far in 2023 to food insecure families. To date, 139 of Bell Partners apartment communities across the U.S. have come together to collect over 10,500 pounds of food donations.

In addition to establishing its partnership with Move for Hunger in April 2019, Bell Partners’ Chief Operating Officer Cindy Clare joined the company’s board of directors in 2020.

“At Bell Partners, we recognize the importance of giving back to the communities in which we operate. Through our partnership with Move for Hunger, we’ve seen the direct impact of our nationwide portfolio’s unwavering dedication to supporting those in need, and we thank our residents and community teams for their donations,” said Clare. “We take great pride in our ongoing partnership with Move for Hunger and look forward to the continued collaboration in the fight against hunger.”
