Bell Partners Adds Svp of Portfolio Management – Mr. John Maurer//php $catname; ?>
GREENSBORO, N.C. – Bell Partners Inc., one of the nation’s leading apartment investment and management companies, today announced John Maurer has joined the company as Senior Vice President of Portfolio Management.
John Maurer, who started with the Company in October, will be responsible for asset and portfolio management, as well as institutional investor relations. Prior to joining Bell, he was a Managing Principal at EverWest Real Estate Partners where he served as Head of Investment Strategy. Mr. Maurer also spent 17 years with Prudential Real Estate Investors as a Fund Manager and Principal. Mr. Maurer holds a MS in Real Estate Appraisal and Investment Analysis from the University of Wisconsin Business School and a BS degree in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He will be reporting to Lili Dunn, President.
