The Top Workplaces are determined based solely on employee feedback. The employee survey is conducted by Workplace Dynamics, LLP, a leading research firm on organizational health and employee engagement.
In a confidential survey, Bell associates rated the Company highly in terms of values and ethics, and expressed strong confidence in Bell’s leadership and strategic direction. Associates felt that they are kept well informed about major Company developments, and that new ideas are fostered and encouraged. Associates also feel appreciated in the workplace and confident about the Company’s future.

Workplace Dynamics conducts regional Top Workplaces programs in conjunction with 37 major publishing partners, and recognizes a list of 150 National Top Workplaces. For the National Top Workplaces list, all the employee survey data for the 872 companies with over 1,000 US employees was aggregated and reviewed on a national basis. Each company required a representative sample of its workforce, including at least 350 respondents.
