Bell Partners Announces Purchase of South Carolina Apartment Community
Greensboro, NC — Bell Partners Inc., one of the nation’s leading apartment investment and management companies, announced today that, on behalf of its investors, it has acquired The Vinings at Roper Mountain apartment community in Greenville, SC. The community will be renamed Bell Roper Mountain and will be managed by Bell Partners. Bell Roper Mountain, consisting of two phases completed in 2001 and 2006, is a high-quality multifamily community with one, two and three bedroom apartment homes. It contains 268 units, and each unit averages at 1,087 square feet. The community offers a well-appointed amenity package, including: a pool with grilling area, clubhouse with fitness and business centers, detached garages, a car care center, playground and pet park. The apartment community is conveniently located near some of Greenville’s popular retail and entertainment venues, and it is easily accessible to the Downtown Business District, the Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport, and other major employment centers.
