Bell Partners Announces Sale of Chattanooga Property

Greensboro, NC — Bell Partners Inc., one of the nation’s leading apartment investment and management companies, announced today it has sold Bell Standifer to America First Real Estate Group, on behalf of their investors. The property was previously named Standifer Place. Bell Standifer closed on September 26, 2012. The property was originally purchased by Bell-sponsored investors, in 2001. It contains one, two and three bedroom apartment homes and amenities include a pool pavilion, Wi-Fi pool access, 24-hour fitness and laundry centers and a variety of sports courts. It is located in proximity to major shopping areas and highways. Bell Partners will not be retaining management of the property. Nickolay Bochilo, Vice President of investments at Bell Partners said, “The successful conclusion of our investment in this asset has greatly benefitted our clients and has enabled Bell Partners to further its strategic plans.”
