Bell Partners Announces Acquisition of Atlanta Apartment Community

Greensboro, NC — Bell Partners Inc., one of the nation’s leading apartment investment and management companies, announced today that it has purchased Oxford Asbury Park Apartments in Atlanta, Georgia for $33.6 million on behalf of its investors. The community will be renamed to Bell Hartsfield in alignment with the Company’s branding strategy. Bell Hartsfield is a 269-unit Class AA luxury community, located on approximately 3.68 acres in southwest Atlanta, directly adjacent to Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson International airport. The property contains one, two and three bedroom apartment rental homes with an urban loft design and high ceilings. The community offers first class amenities including a resort-style swimming pool with an attached sundeck, an adjacent picnic gazebo, a 24-hour state-of-the-art fitness center, controlled access and a clubhouse with a fully-equipped kitchen.
